My name is Doctor DoLittle and I talk to animals, so that's not a problem.
Usually I just throw them some bread. If they complain politely, I'll take them back to my house and feast with them on a gourmet dinner.
If they're rude like the duck shown in that comic, I pick it up by the neck and shove the damn bread into their mouths. They're eating that bread, dammit.
